I/We hereby voluntarily participate in the event titled “Dream Together Playground Big Play Session/ Dream Together Playground Big Play Tour”. I/We declare and guarantee that we will comply with all relevant event regulations and any temporary arrangements made by the organizer, Playright Children's Play Association (hereinafter referred to as "Playright"). In the event of any accident during the activity, including property loss, personal injury, or death, I/We shall bear full responsibility. The organizer, sponsors, and supporting units shall not be held liable for any compensation or legal responsibility in this regard.

I/We also agree and authorize the organizer to use any photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and registration records related to this event for any lawful purposes.

Playright is committed to complying with and enforcing the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, ensuring that all personal data collected is adequately protected, accurate, and properly stored. To help you understand the principles governing the provision of personal data to the Association, please read the following guidelines carefully.

Purpose of Data Collection and Usage Guidelines
1. Playright will use the personal data collected solely for the purposes stated at the time of collection. Except for authorized personnel within Playright, such data will not be disclosed or distributed to other organizations.
2. Providing personal data to Playright is entirely voluntary. However, failure to provide sufficient information may result in the Association being unable to process your application or provide the relevant services effectively.
3. Playright may use your personal data (including your name, telephone number, fax number, email address, mailing address, and affiliated organization/company/school) for future communication, registration processing, receipt issuance, research/analysis/statistics, fundraising, feedback collection, event/training invitations/promotions, and other matters related to Playright.

Access, Update, and Opt-Out Requests
Subject to exemptions under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access, correct, and request the cessation of the use of your personal data for promotional purposes. This does not apply to data that has already been deleted after fulfilling its intended purpose.
